HOT TRIBAL ROOTS

Your starting point.

 

New to hot yoga? This is the class to begin with.

Hot Tribal Roots is our most accessible class. Suitable for all levels it’s slower, more guided, and designed to help you build confidence in the heat.

Practiced in silence without music, our signature sequence breaks down the fundamentals of yoga, with a focus on alignment, breathwork (pranayama), and building strength from the ground up. More static than a flow class, it gives you the time and space to explore each posture with intention, without feeling rushed or overwhelmed.

You’ll learn the foundations, understand the postures, and move at a pace that feels manageable — all while your body opens up in the warmth of the studio.

 

This class is for you if:

– You want more guidance

HOT TRIBAL FLOW

Ready to move with intensity and flow?

 

Hot Tribal Flow is our most dynamic and challenging class. Each posture (asana) is synchronised Movement to breath, creating a strong, fluid practice that builds heat, strength, and focus.

 

Expect fewer static holds and more seamless transitions as you move through energising sequences. The pace is quicker, with less breakdown — allowing you to fully immerse in the practice.

 

Practised with music, this class is designed to elevate your heart rate, sharpen your focus, and push you beyond your comfort zone.

 

This is where everything starts to come together — strength, breath, and flow.

 

This class is for you if:

– You’re confident in the foundations of yoga

– You enjoy a faster-paced, more intense class

– You want to challenge both body and mind

HOT TRIBAL BALANCE

Looking for the best of both worlds?

 

Hot Tribal Balance starts slow and grounded, then gradually builds into a stronger, more dynamic flow.

 

The first half of the class focuses on Yin-style postures — longer holds designed to release tension, improve flexibility, and help you slow down in the heat.

 

From there, the pace shifts. You’ll move into a flowing sequence, linking breath to movement as you build strength, heat, and energy.

 

It’s a smooth transition from stillness to movement — giving you both deep release and an energising reset in one class.

 

This class is for you if:

– You want a mix of slow and dynamic practice

– You enjoy starting gently before building intensity

– You want both flexibility and strength in one session

 

You’ll leave feeling:

– Open and released through the body

– Re-energised and balanced

– Calm, but uplifted.

THE HOT TRIBE

HOT TRIBAL WARRIOR

Looking for strength without the full intensity of a flow class?

 

Hot Tribal Warrior sits between our Hot Tribal Roots and Flow. This class combines strong, static postures  with shorter fluid flowing sequences, all built around the “ Warrior postures. 

 

Practised with music, this class builds heat and momentum while still giving you time to settle into each pose. You’ll move with purpose, linking breath to movement at a steady, controlled pace without the speed of a full flow.

 

Expect a focus on Warrior I, II and III, helping you develop strength, balance, and stability. You’ll explore a mix of grounding postures and energising movement, gradually building the confidence to move more fluidly over time.

 

Less foundational than Roots, but more grounded than Flow — this class is where strength and movement meet.

 

This class is for you if:

– You want to build strength without a fast-paced flow

– You’re ready to move beyond the basics

– You enjoy a mix of holds and movement

 

You’ll leave feeling:

– Stronger, more stable, and more flexible

SACRED STILLNESS - YIN

Need to slow down and reset?

 

Sacred Stillness is our slowest, most restorative class. A Yin-based practice focused on long, supported holds to help release tension, improve flexibility, and calm the nervous system.

 

You’ll spend time in floor-based postures, held for longer periods, allowing the body to gently open without force. With a focus on breath and stillness, this class invites you to fully switch off and unwind.

 

Practised in a quiet, low-lit space, it’s designed to balance more dynamic classes and give your body time to recover.

 

This class is for you if:

– You want to slow down and de-stress

– You feel tight, tired, or overworked

– You want to improve flexibility and mobility

 

You’ll leave feeling:

– Deeply relaxed and restored

– More open through the body

– Calm, grounded, and reset

TRIBAL BEATS - FRIDAY FUNK AND FLOW

End your week on a high.

 

Tribal Beats is a high-energy flow class set to music. Designed to help you move, sweat, and switch off from the week.

 

Expect a dynamic, breath-led sequence with a slightly more playful, less structured feel than a traditional Flow class. The music drives the pace, helping you find rhythm in your movement and stay fully present in the practice.

 

This class is for you if:

– You enjoy music-led classes

– You want a fun, energising end to your week

– You like a flow class with a more relaxed, expressive feel

 

You’ll leave feeling:

– Energised and uplifted

– Sweaty and accomplished

– Reset and ready for the weekend

HOT DOG - YOGA HIIT!

Ready to sweat?

 

HOTDOG is our high-intensity, yoga-inspired workout. This class combines strength, cardio, and core in a fast-paced, interval-based class.

 

You’ll start with mobility to warm the body, before building into a strong, heart-pumping standing series. Expect dynamic, repetitive sequences (yes, plenty of Downward Dogs) designed to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance.

 

Less flow, more fire — this class is about effort, energy, and pushing your limits in the heat.

 

This class is for you if:

– You enjoy a fast-paced, workout-style class

– You want to build strength and cardiovascular fitness

– You like to be challenged and break a sweat

SWEAT CYCLE 45

An inclusive cycle class driven by music.

 

With the tunes cranked up, we hit the pedals hard, working up a sweat with a huge endorphin rush.

 

Taking your workout to the next level riding at different speeds, resistance and intensities.

 

This workout will leave you energised and exhilarated.
