Step into spring with intention, clarity, and a grounded sense of renewal. Root & Rise is a nourishing Spring Equinox immersion designed to help you gently emerge from winter, clear stagnant energy, and create the internal conditions for growth to unfold naturally.

 

Across a spacious 3.5-hour guided journey, you’ll be supported through somatic movement, energy clearing, sound, reflection, and ritual—inviting you to reconnect with your body’s rhythm, release what no longer serves, and set embodied intentions for the season ahead.

 

This experience includes:

• A slow, grounding somatic yoga flow to reawaken the body after winter

• Gentle energy clearing and meridian activation to restore flow and vitality

• Guided journalling and seasonal reflection

• A Spring Equinox intention ritual rooted in how you want to feel, not force

• A deeply relaxing gong bath and sound journey
